Ihop - Edmonton

The food is average. The service not so great. Its possible that the staff is overworked and that could lead to stress. I have had better food at other IHOP locations than this one for some reason. Could just be a coincidence with me.

Better than you'd expect. If you've had any bad breakfast faire at a chain, you get a bit jaded. Let me tell you though, if you're indecisive, nothing satisfied more than a burger with a side of pancakes which at IHOP is an authentic thing. The burger you'd think would be the weak spot but nope. Pancakes were obviously solid. Service was friendly and quick. Facilities were maintained and parking didn't suck. Not all IHOPs are created equal but this newer one South is worth a visit!

We were there for a breakfast meeting. Service was fast and efficient food was good, Not many people there. We will try it again

The service at this restaurant was absolutely terrible. I understand that they have closing times, but they should make sure to inform customers before they order. We would not have stayed if we had known. We ordered a menu item of all-you-can-eat pancakes, but when we tried to order food to go for my husband, we were told the kitchen was closed and asked to leave. We ended up not eating anything. My daughter ordered tea and was served a container of boiling water with no tea. My youngest child couldn't even finish her drink. This is the second IHOP in Edmonton where we have had terrible service. We will never go there again. We spent over $50 on cold food and drinks that we didn't even finish.

My family had a great time at this IHOP. Raja is wonderful and our favorite server. He is very attentive and friendly, my son adores him and rates our experience a 10 out of 10.
