Tokyo Noodle Shop - Edmonton

This is my go to for a mid level Japanese restaurantThey have plenty of options for plant based/vegan eating.

I got the assorted sushi platter ($18.50) which came with 8 pieces of sushi (all different) and 6 salmon maki rolls.

Came here with a friend for supper - no wait time which was niceWaitress was attentive and courteous.

Came with a group of 10. The service was not great from the start; even ordering drinks was hard and we each had to repeat our drink order at least 3 times. The food took a long time to come out, with long gaps between dishes. The sushi was good and tasted fresh. Portion sizes were good for the price. I didn't get to try dessert (the crepe cake looked good!,) so I may have to come back for that. Overall, good food, not-so-good service. Might give it another shot for the dessert, though.

Top notch sushi and one of my favourite restaurants on White Ave. Have ordered on Skipthedishes and dined at the restaurant and have never been disappointed.
