Avaliação da contribuiçãoWhat’s happened to Eleven restaurant? We used to have lovely weekend lunches there about every two weeks. Doubt we’ll return after our last outing. The bill was £100 for a party of four. The prices have shot up, almost doubled in fact, presumably post Covid etc. The meals from the menu were way below standard with small portions and lukewarm food. The carvery was ok but the sweets were stale and had obviously dried out having sat all day. The staff came by once then ignored us and seemed desperate for us to leave. No coffees for us. What a shame, it used to be so good; it feels sad, as though everyone has given up
Full marks for accommodating an 18th birthday meal for 11 including decorations providing a separate space, when other places wouldn’t even allow us to book a table weeks in advance. However, I’m afraid that’s where my praise ends. Having just spent a few days...
Fast becoming my favourite restaurant to eat at in Stornoway, food is consistently good. Nice friendly service from staff. We tend to order from the menu rather than the carvery, but that is our personal choice, I’m sure the cavery is equally good for those...
I visited this restaurant based on a recommendation and was pleased to find that both the food and the staff were excellent. It happened to be my wife's birthday and they even surprised her with a cake and candles. This place is really worth a visit.
Very disappointing meal except got the Carvery. Chicken and Beef Burgers were tough and baked potato (not even crispy) and vegetables cold...two waitresses dealing with a busy restaurant and doing their best
