Avaliação da contribuiçãoDecent. I'm spoiled because i've had a lot of great sushi on long island, all the way over on the east coast, but tabu was pretty good. their pizza roll was really enjoyable. it doesn't compare to some of the other rolls i've had, but it was ok
Always a packed place, that should say alot in itself. I can't find anyplace else in SD that compares to the quality for the price. They have the best ideas in terms of flavors for their rolls. Amazingness! Only down fall, their wait time for actually getting service on drinks or the check is next to impossible. :
I've been here for 10 years and this ends tonight. Back in town and was thrilled to order some sushi to go for me and daughter when she rolls into her California into a piece of bound string. I don't even know what to say, except for the obvious, I'm disgusting and disappointed.
I've been here 2 or 3 times now and the food is delicious. Especially the sushi. The workers there are cool and the waiters can be a slow BUT that's because they are always busy, so I understand. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because last time I came in I ordered the Spicy shrimp ramen bowl. Don't get me wrong, it was straight fire. Super delicious. Great spices. Only downside was the egg was extremely overcooked and the shrimp overcooked as well. Other than that everything else was top notch. I'll be coming back.
The rolls were awesome, but the service wasn't so great. My friend and I seemed to annoy our waitress with not knowing what we wanted yet. It was our first time there and we weren't sure. Then we were forgotten about to order for a while. Then once we got our appetizers, our waitress comes back asking if we want dessert. We commented about eating our rolls first, that we were still waiting on, and she admitted to forgetting about them. She even added that it got busy and she wasn't paying attention. Why would you tell your customers that? It seemed unprofessional and she was kind of rude the whole time.
