I wish they had a drink machine with over 100 choices because this restaurant is the best in Richmond.

I used my reward points to get a free ice cream cone through the restaurant's app. When I arrived at the first window to pick up my order, the cashier, a black woman, was rude and argumentative. She insisted on charging me because the offer did not show on her computer. The manager intervened, asking to see the code on my phone, and eventually allowed me to get my free ice cream. The cashier continued to argue with the manager, displaying unprofessional behavior in front of me. She is the most impolite and confrontational cashier I have encountered and should be dismissed for yelling at both customers and her manager.

Fresh food. Only thing for happy meals for extra fries instead of apples. Please give more fries. It looked like the same amount of fries normally given

I decided to sit in the outdoor area of the restaurant. The space was nice, but unfortunately there was someone else there who seemed angry. I understand that living in the Bay area can be difficult for some people. However, I felt uncomfortable and scared when a stranger stared at me, especially as a woman. I ultimately decided to leave.

This is a very decent McDonald?s I must say. They are very fast with getting your order out and no attitude. Food is HOT and ready and no hassle in the line for the drive through or inside. The exiting is a little weird, however, they have no controlover this aspect.
