Taco Bell - El Dorado Hills

My experience today was really good I went throwing the drive dirt service was fast and just Kevin took my order and with little to no delay I was in and out and on my way thank you for the fast service! I love a quick entry and exit at a large food chain that is very appreciated!

I often go through the ride. It's often long, but it goes pretty fast compared to other places. Workers are kind and had no problem with my orders. Food tastes as it should. I ordered the app and ran through the drive and also had no problems.

The young lady at the drive through window was very pleasant, food was delicious.

Had to deal with a very rude mgr because of the order they screwed up! Don?t waste your time at Taco Bell, much better food elsewhere! If I could make this post without giving even one star, I would?..that is how annoyed I am at the disrespect and lackof customer svc toward the customer.

I wish I had thought to take photos but this was the dirtiest taco bell I have ever been to. For it to be in a neighborhood of such gorgeous house you would think they would have a nice clean environment but I was so wrong. The windows were filthy. Thebathroom sink looked as if someone had thrown up in it. Then there were all kinds of wrappers on the ground where they cook thefood. The dining area was very noisy due to a certain machine placed at the counter. I was in shock for sure. Maybe it wasbecause it was nearing the end of the day. Who knows but I couldn't believe how dirty it was.
