Starbucks - El Monte

I was forgotten and when I asked to make my drink it consisted of 99% milk I am very sorry that I left them a tip. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Worst drink ever pumpkin spice latte. Taste like soap. We were the only ones there too so they had time. Service: Take out Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

The service here leaves much to be desired, but everything else is typical of a Starbucks location. Food: 5, Service: 2, Atmosphere: 4.

In my opinion, Starbucks isn't doing well anymore. With drive thru now in most places, it seems everyone is so overwhelmed that they can't provide walk in customers the attention and hospitality required. Society needs to take a few steps back, Everything doesn't need to be in such a rush.
