Starbucks - El Monte

This dieucks has always shown me a great customer service.

Ask for hot coffee, got cold. It's Starbucks you had one job!

I ordered a grande iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso, took 4 sips and the drink was gone. The amount of ice that they put in the cup is ridiculous. I will be driving to another Starbucks in the future.

This location is outdoor seating only. You order thru the booth. They have drive thru. It's in the home depot plaza, so plenty of space. They'll give you straws with no judgment if you ask for it. But yoh have to ask for it, can't freely grab it. Space issue, I assume, since they just have a boothlike space. Has Starbucks changed their recipe beans? This is like the 3rd location in the last 2 months that served waterlike coffee. Not happy lately.

The crew here literally showed disdain towards me after I changed my order once . They ignored me when I pulled up to the window and only spoke to me once my order was ready. That was very rude.
