Del Taco - El Rio

I had a horrible experience today and drive-through. I had a big order of 16 tacos and a large Fish combo added without asking me what kind of sauce I wanted in the bag put a couple of spicy hot sauce and then I checked the bag and I said well I need a handful of the mild sauce. My kids do not eat spicy sauce. She was very rude Slammed The window at us because we said we wanted more of the mild sauce that we needed. She was only giving Us like about 4 mild sauces for 16 tacos I said no, we need more at least 1 per taco so she completely ignored us !!!!! and then one of the drive-through employees was going to handle us the mild sauce. She literally snatch the sauce out of that employee which look like a minor who gives her the right to touch and put hands another employee that look like a minor.??? we waited there for more than 10 minutes because I noticed that we were missing our receipt and I needed it to complain to corporate. There was customers behind us waiting she did not care. Finally another good employee came and said, what do you need? I said all I need is a little handful of mild sauce for my tacos, and a And my receipt And we left on our way, but the whole experience ruined our Lunch this is a horrible place Del Taco really needs to know who they hire. This is the so-called manager that mistreats Underage, minor employees and gives horrible Customer service Be aware people that come here I gave it a one star because I cannot give it zero stars. I also have Video Of the Incident !!! And I will post a picture of what this ridiculous lady was giving us for 16 tacos 4 sauces is not enough for 16 tacos make the math

I went into Del Taco get food but the food was cold. At time I was there were 4 managers working. Pretty Sad the food come out cold. Management needed wake up.

They still make the best fish tacos! I consider myself a foodie and feel a bit embarrassed how much I love their fish tacos, but they're undeniably delicious!

I ordered 2 Rollers. And one cinnamon stick. Sunday morning and was very much over charged. I said to the lady I already put the card in and she said it didn't go through. I know it did. But put the card in again. Not I see on my bank statement $15. I never spent this much in a del taco. Unbelievable watch your money at this place. I want my refund back.

The food is really good but I do not appreciate the staff and the attitude they have when I visit. The food portions are never consistent even when paying for added extras; for example if I ask/pay for lettuc in 2 same burritos, one will have more then the other; if I ask/pay for a side of guacamole I’ll recieve a 2 oz cup and other times I’ll get a 4oz cup. The staff at the drive thru are always so rude not once have I ever seen a single smile visiting this location! I’ve had my food shoved at me, my card or money snatched from me, if I ask for any extras I’ve had eyes rolled at me. No matter how polite and easy I try to make my transaction easy as possible, I HAVE NEVER HAD A THANK YOU RESPONDED BACK TO ME. The worst attitude is when I’ve asked for missing items or adding forgotten items to the order, it’s as if the customers are there to bother the cashiers as if we are the reason they are forced to work at a place they hate!
