Whole garlic in the chicken shell, chili oil on the green beans, cold hornbill noodles, a spicy refreshing change. The young chef of Rangoon Ruby Star, Palo Alto has supported his development style.
The best place for authentic Southeast Asian noodles! They have a mix of laotic and Thai dishes. Eating is so good, you get a huge bowl of noodles for less than $8! I always share it with someone.
