Avaliação da contribuiçãoGreat people and great coffee options. They offer a lot of unique, seasonal options as well as the baristas here know how to make a special coffee right. Proper temperature, right number of shots of espresso standard, and correct conditions of flavors.
This is the one place for which the people of Lynchburg should be grateful. You make real coffee. I speak of a single origin, a craftsman who is similar to George Howell. It takes some training and acclimating to really enjoy and appreciate this coffee. I put third wave among the top three into the state together with Red Rooster in Floyd and Roadmap in Lexington, which are two of the top 20 hatchers in the country. Thank you 3. Wave for the blessing of our country town with your coffee.
I've been visiting this facility for about two years. It is without a doubt the best coffee shop in Lynchburg. The coffee is never burned, is always really brewed, and the service is excellent. Staff are exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable and personal. Your menu is fantastic and fresh. If you really enjoy taste and sudden nuances of great coffee and espresso from all over the world, or if you just want a regular coffee mix, you don't see more than a third wave. I can promise you won't be disappointed.
Our espresso tonic with grapefruit bitters was perfectly refreshing and delicious. As was our pour-over (not pictured). Third Wave’s open concept space is calming and restful. The restrooms are clean and artistically quirky. With a focused coffee menu, and a variety of creative seasonal options, this is one of our favourite Lynchburg coffee stops, boasting kind and un-rushed service.
Third Wave is a great homework spot! There is lots of open space, a variety of seating options and indoor/outdoor options. It’s been on my list of coffee shops to try, and I’m glad I did!
