Chick-fil-a - Eldersburg

It still surprises me how much trouble they go through for small things like the setup of big fans in the drive thru-Lanen when its hot out, or heating in winter. Then there is the more important thing that is that the service is almost always fast, no matter how busy they are. Although their lines are sometimes long (for good reason) they move surprisingly fast. This kind of stuff has to cost them, which seems in the menu price, but the food is also consistently good. Some things are worth paying a little more.

Excellent! Customers focused and intelligently treated. Wow! The best fast food experience ever, and the food was also delicious. All my family members also loved it.

Good food, but could be better with larger sizes. They had a big vanilla milkshake as an option, but not now. It looks like other foods are being degraded. I'm now guilty of measuring food in random places. Good chicken sandwiches.

Probably the nicest staff I saw at a fast food joint outside the Middle West. After I ordered them to have my food in 90 seconds, and they even went to my table! The food was hot as if it had just been boiled, not sauce under the warmer for an hour. On the way to the place where I saw that an employee went outside to ask a few if they needed any refills or anything. Wow!

This location is the best CFA I?ve been to. Each time we eat inside there is always someone walking around up-keeping the lobby. The sweet lady, Jeanine, (I believe her name is) came to our table and asked if we needed refills and offered to take our tray. We hardly get decent service at a sit down restaurant, but CFA out preforms. Their hospitality definitely keeps us coming back.
