Oberweis Ice Cream And Dairy Store

I am a fan of this company but unfortunately, I have received two very disappointing products in a row. The first was a fruit punch that tasted and smelled like corn, and the second was a sweet tea that had mold at the bottom after just a week. I am not sure if they were not properly cleaned or if the expiration date was incorrect, but it is frustrating to pay for products that I have to throw out immediately after purchasing. It is even more frustrating when the products are purchased from a store like Jewel and they are unable to offer any assistance.

I am never displeased when I visit this location. The malts are SOOOOO delicious! Employees are always friendly and welcoming too!

Tables are usually dirty and floors are typically sticky, but there are 5 or 6 employees just standing around. When i asked one of the employee to clean the table they half A#%S wiping it with a wet dirty towel which now makes it all wet and even more sticky. Reflection of poor management. Ice cream is usually good

I recently attempted to visit Oberweis to grab a milkshake before their closing time. It was 9:55 pm, however, the drive-through was already closed and the doors were locked. They were in the process of finishing an order for the last customer in the drive-thru line.

Best ice cream around! This fall they have the Apple Crisp, so good!!
