Econo Lodge Elk City

I was just 1 night staff was friendly and nice. What should be a handicap room? The bathroom was, but the room itself was so small could hardly manoeuvre with my stick. Definitely not enough space for a person in a wheel chair or walker. Rooms: 2/5

Stay here for work, price... can't beat. Accommodation, not too bad. The service is good, the room was okay. The unique layout,.... hard to beat. Rooms: 4/5

The staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable. Other than that, this hotel sucks. It was wrongly advertised as a gym and free breakfast in the morning. There was no hot water in the shower, I could never get the Wifi to work, the phone in the room did not work (so could not call the reception), no coffee/tea provided, and the room looked dirty.

I have seen that this hotel has notable improvements only in the last 6 months. It was once the ambassador and it was the first hotel where I moved to Elk City with my young daughters. In recent years, as with all hotels, it has been briefed and has not been kept as it was. But the changes were nice. And they seem to make more and more improvements in a short time. I can only say that I have read some other reviews about this particular hotel and some are not so cheap and relate to a problem that every city has: with crime and drug activity. But the hotel itself does not seem to attract the local guest who has made a negative impression in the past. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I as they continue the improvements that it can only be better.

My stay was wonderful once again! I travel frequently and often choose to stay in Elk City. I consistently receive quick and friendly service, plus I appreciate that I can pay online without any hidden fees. The rooms are always clean, the showers are hot, and the water pressure is excellent! It’s a relaxed atmosphere, which helps me get my work done.
