Runza - Elkhorn

I only had the double cheeseburger without the bun, and it was excellent. My wife ordered a single cheeseburger with a side salad, but she was a bit disappointed with the salad since it only had lettuce and a small amount of tomatoes. However, the cheeseburgers tasted fantastic. The restaurant was clean, and the service was quick.

I’m quite baffled by this restaurant. While the food is consistently the best among Omaha Runzas, I find myself coming back often because they frequently forget items from my order.

The young man who assisted us was incredibly friendly, and the Runzas were delicious!

This is the best Runza I've been to in my more than 20 years of living in Nebraska. The service is fast, even when they're busy, and the customer service is always outstanding. They also give my dog a pup cup of vanilla ice cream every time we go through the drive-thru. We visit at least once a week to enjoy our pup cup and cheese Runza together. Thank you for creating such wonderful memories for us both!

The restaurant's website states that it closes at 9:30, and their neon sign in the window also indicates that they are open. However, when we went through the drive-thru at 9:08, the staff member on the speaker told us they were actually closed. To add insult to injury, he laughed at us as we drove away. The customer service was lacking; the sign should have been turned off at 9:00, and the website should have been updated to reflect this change.
