Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Elkton

I ordered an ice cream cake on September 12 and was told it would be ready for pickup on September 14. When I arrived on September 14 at 3:30 pm, I was the only customer and there was no one at the register to wait on me. There were at least 6 employees in the back talking and eating. At least 4 of them turned their heads to look at me and continued to talk amongst themselves and did nothing to assist me! After standing and waiting for a little while, I asked if someone could help me. One of the girls said that the other girl would be with me in a minute. She then came over and I asked for the cake. I was then told it was not ready and given no reason as to why it was not ready. I then purchased a cake out of the freezer. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from there again! Terrible service and professionalism! I didn’t even get an apology!

The food is very crunchy,the register woman couldn't count and very rude and very unprofessional we could tell the food was sitting out for a long time before we got it because they brought it out within seconds of ordering it and it was hard and cold.

Only ordered a cone. I think I received about 1/2 the ice cream that I should have...skimpy cone. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Was highly disappointed. The girl at the drive through basically was rude, the bag with out meals was torn in two places. I had to ask for our drinks as she was closing the window then she seemed annoyed to have to get my drinks. The fries were cold andthe burger buns soggy. Not what I have been accustomed to at this restaurant.
