Lime Tree Coffee Shop - Elmbridge

Despair for a coffee around approx. 3 clock on Saturday and fight to find everywhere in thames ditton, our party of 9 was greeted in the line tree like old friends, we enjoyed delicious coffee and helped to depoor some of the fresh cakes. before we made a few choices from the cheese counter. the lime tree is our new favorite café in thames ditton. we come back! Many thanks for taking care of us all so well.

I had to make a new account to check this visit. coffee tasted old, I had a haferlatte. gentleman, who served us, said he was the son of the owner, he had short hair and said he was...35 when he made our drinks, he decided to tell us that he did not agree with the Kovid vaccine, who naturally made us uncomfortable when he prepared our drinks without masks (very uncertain). he also decided to make his views about stop and look for young black men who are very unprofessional and open. this was also not provoked, and he volunteered it to himself. this was not necessary to do 10 o'clock when they get a coffee before work. I recommended not to share these views with customers, as many people are insulted. I simply suggested that black men do not have a genetic tendency to commit crime, and he said, “I do not agree”. Unfortunately this was an unpleasant experience would not recommend, just wanted a coffee and go.

What a nice caffe. wonderful coffee wonderful eating wonderful staff very recommended for all. family, friends, colleagues, children. a must.

So glad to find this little gem open on a Sunday (details here say closed). Really busy but quite relaxed atmosphere with lively but not too loud music although on his own, great service from the cheerful helpful staff member.
