Dunkin' - Elmira Heights

Just stopped to get coffee. The employee handed me my coffee and the lid was not on tight. Spilled hot coffee all over me and my car. Another employee started laughing and they did not say sorry or offer me another coffee . Would rate them as zero but doesn't go that low

Visited in person this morning. Got a bacon egg and cheese bagel. Service was prompt and pleasant. The sandwich was good.I was very disappointed that none of the staff was wearing a mask. Only one employee who was white had one on. I don't know if this was a cultural thing but with Covid being so prevalent I think masks should be worn.

So this morning, 7/31/2023 I went to Dunkin. And when I was waiting at the order window for what seemed like forever a man pulled up next to me and said I’m sorry we’re closed. MY MANAGER DIDNT SHOW UP THIS MORNING. So there I was had wasted so much time I wasn’t even able to get my drink. Before having to get to work. Do better Dunkin. Do better. Fire the jerk who left the store unable to open and hire someone else!!!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
