Pierross Pasticceria - Eltham

Pierro was welcoming, and the food was delicious. It was a bit crowded since we visited on a Saturday, and the food took some time to arrive. The lasagna was tangy with a strong tomato flavor, lacking in meat. This is apparently considered 'authentic'. Still, it was enjoyable, especially for my picky 3-year-old daughter. The soup of the day was chicken and corn, which we probably wouldn't order again since we often make a heartier version at home. I would like to come back and try their wood-fired pizzas, which are only available for dinner on weekends. The large oven behind the counter looks quite impressive.

Hidden gem, decent wood fire pizza; however the pizzas had too much sauce on them making it a little soggy, the tomato sauce used is on the plain side and the dough could have been more flavourful. Their cannolis are cooked to order and the cream filling was heavenly with the freshly cooked cannoli shell.

Wow. what an amazing restaurant. my family and I came here for pizza and were blown away. such a nice, cozy shop with a wood fire oven that produces the best pizza. we had the vegan pizzas including the vegan nutella pizza and they were fabulous. I loved the vegan fungi pizza, and the vegan cheese they are using tastes great! excellent service and pricing. thanks, Pierross!

Best woodfire pizza in the area and definitely up there with the best places in Melbourne. Staff have always been lovely and welcoming. Make sure you try the 'five cheese '.

One of the best wood fire pizzas I've had in my life! So happy there is a place like this in Eltham. Very authentic , lovely staff , amazing food -Perfecto !! Will definitely be coming back regularly for more .
