Burg Crass - Eltville am Rhein

Unfortunately it was cold, the heatings were switched off at arrival, no further guests in the restaurant (at the online booking were given only two hours to choose from, but it was not booked in the opposite part.) spin weaving and dust on heating, window board, unclean glasses and a spoiled flower in flower vase should be written without water for a restaurant of this price class a deficit! Price-performance is overpriced for a rather average good food.We were very disappointed that a timely time was held in other rooms and we were not informed about this.We were pushed into another room, a trip out of the car has not been rewarded for us - we are not coming back.

We received the desired table with a dreamlike view of the Rhine. the service as well as the foods were excellent. next to that, preparations for a very early day were going on, but this did not bother us in any way. a beautiful evening.

We waited for about 30 minutes until someone came to the table. After ordering the drinks and feeding we have waited another 15 minutes for the drinks and that at a time when all other guests (it was not very many,) have already eaten. the food was good but inconvenient. but does not necessarily have to be at the kitchen. the service is slow and inattentive.

Great view, we first sat outside and enjoyed the night in the winter garden the dessert with digestif. accommodating sommelier and good service. great kitchen.
