Mcdonald's - Ely

I was disappointed to find that they refuse to turn the heat on in the play area. I have supervised visits with my daughter at this location, and I’ve had to cut our time short a few times because it was too cold for her. It's frustrating that they would neglect to provide a comfortable environment for families. This is meant to be a family-friendly place, so it's hard to understand why there's no heat in the play area.
