Taco Bell - Elyria

Super chipper staff at the thru drive, very good for taco bell food. must be met or miss on the basis of the comments, but for my experience one of the better Taco bells I was.

Dine in. Lunch, not busy inside, rude customer service, orders not made correctly, 5 pieces of cheese on tacos, dirty dining area, soda machine not dispensing correct sodas, 1 piece of chicken on chicken soft taco, very, very bad experiences third or fourth time we've been there and same experience every time, will not be returning..

I pulled up in the drive thr at 138AM the sign was lite up saying the drive thr was open. There were employees in the building I sat there for 5 mins at the box waiting to order before I drive off. There open sign was still on and they couldn’t even come on the box and say they were closed they just let me sit there

Never had any issues here day or night. Order is always correct and from my experience, very friendly.

First time at this location. Purchased cinnamon twists and got chips cheese instead. Ordered 2 burritos, one with sour cream, one without--neither burrito was marked the sour cream in my burrito was at the end of the burrito so it was kinda dry. Burritos were underfilled mostly tortilla. Requested hot sauce and received none. It wasn't busy the order was not complicated.
