Honey's Bistro Bakery - Encinitas

Lived in Leucadia for almost 6 years and thought I’d give this place a shot after volleyball with some friends. I’m not sure if it was an off day for them, but I am absolutely baffled it’s rated above 2 stars. I came in around 11am on Sunday the 28th and they had MAYBE 3 customers. Service was abysmal, except for an older gentleman (a busser? who was very attentive. All three of the girls that were at the front were so condescending and rude the entire ordering process/meal, and seemed very angry with us for coming in. Food was below subpar despite spending $50 for two people. Homeless people inside and around the area that will absolutely harass you as well (that they still continue to serve? as a cherry on top. It’s a diner folks, MUCH better places you can go in our beautiful city to grab a great lunch!

Amazing customer service and delicious breakfast. I really enjoyed the sausage omelette and the ham and egg bagel 10 out of 10 recommend and it’s super cute as well.

First time there when I was visiting, and I thought the place was great and want to go back.

Excellent food and drinks !! Chopped cheese sandwhich was a 10/10 and the iced tea options are amazing. Patrick is a super nice guy and customer service was excellent.

Hit this joint up after many nearby spots were closed. Solid pick to say the least. Great food, menu options, and the French toast was really good.
