Starbucks - Encinitas

Pretty quick considering they were extremely busy. My coffee was perfect and freshly made.

If I could give a zero for customer service I would for Ali.

I swear I'm there every morning before work. The service is awesome . But today I bought a coffee tumbler and asked for it to be used for my coffee. The worker took the bottom part rinsed it out poured my coffee inside. I asked the other worker if she would be so kind to rinse the top cover of my cup and she seemed to have a attitude. She gave me this look , like I was asking for too much. And then rinsed it rudely . For that visit alone took away this place having 5 stars from me. Also it was the worker with the blue green streak in her hair.

Shoutout to Conner at Starbucks!!!! I was having a pretty stressful morning his customer service skills brightened my day. Starbucks is lucky to have you. Thanks for the warm welcome and friendly hospitality. Vons is lucky to have you. Can't wait to come back!!

The service is slow and seems disrespectful; it feels like the staff doesn't want to be there. When I requested to have my cookies warmed up, the woman responded as if it was an impossible request, even though she never bothered to ask me if I wanted them warm or not.
