Chili's Grill - Enid

Had an excellent experience recently at chili’s of enid. Supper with my sisters and my mother, served by a girl called maddy. it was punctual with the drinks and chips! perfect waitress/server, very polite and genuine. eating was good and moderate. chili is for the victor!

Waitress was exemplary. Best customer service we’ve seen so far in Enid. Food was good. I got the brisket quesadillas, wife got the wings and curly fries. Ice cream cookie was the highlight.

Food was good, got a smokehouse combo, jalapeños cheddar smoked sausage was great, ribs were a little overdone for my taste to much char. Waitress was great. This Chili's is better than a lot of them I've been to

Food was very good. The music was so load we were going to leave if they didn't turn it down. Wife is very sensitive to load sounds. Waitress went to manager and it was turned down somewhat.

Very pleasent staff. Seated us very quickly. Appitzer trio was great. Love the southwest eggrolls. Food came all at once. Pretty quickly oddly enough. This was my Moms day dinner I didn't want complain but for some reason our steak and potatoes were just warm, cooked to med and rare with no juices seeping out. In Ponca Chillis that never happened. Husband so hungry he didn't care. As a Mom I just wanted to eat hot food for once so taking steak home to cook is what I'm doin, lol First review sorry if its harsh
