Brasserie du Commerce - Épinal

We had a vegan burger on the spacious terrace of the old town center of epinal. the personal was very friendly and knowledgeable about veganism. there were two vegan options: the vegan burger and vegan tagliatelle. we chose the burger. we had not the highest expectations, but it was really very tasteful!

Her veggie burger comes a secret sauce that contains milk cream and in quite sure was the hase milk bread, although she could not confirm it. the personal was also quite uncomfortable (which essentially told me that I didn't finish my plate) don't go there if you can avoid it.
