The location is beautiful, you have a great view on the lake. The location itself is very modern and stylishly furnished. Nevertheless, attention to detail is lacking, be it with breakfast buffet, service and ambience. Maybe you're just relying on the beautiful location, which, in my opinion, is very bad, because the restaurant has a huge potential.

The restaurant has a great location and a totally beautiful view! But what really should be considered is the service! We sat at the table for 25 minutes until a lady felt responsible for it to serve us! The same thing happened again when our friends got there. Anyone who has been addressed said, “I am not responsible for this is someone else!” and that did not only happen to us! There were several guests complaining about it! And unfortunately, every service had the feeling that she has no bump. Instead of letting a robot run even though there is enough staff (which could work) you might rather work on the service concept and urgently change something. Perhaps this would also increase the desire of the staff. You don't want to order another drink because you have to wait forever until you get served. The view and attention of the staff are missing here. Turnover does not seem to be so important...or is enough.Very bad that such a place with such a great location hasn't been able to handle the service for years. We were there on a Saturday. The location is very beautiful. Great view of the lake and very beautiful playground for the little ones. Unfortunately, but this is probably due to time, lack of personnel. That's why we had to wait a little longer for the conditions. But it fits. No reason to mug!
