Dunkin' - Essex

Love this Dunkin! Super quick drive-thru, kind staff, and coffee always on point (and not too sugary like other Dunkin’s)!

Each time I come to this dunkin my order is always wrong. Ticket on bag say the correct order, asked for turkey sausage sandwich with white cheddar instead of America, say it on the bag and I still got American cheese. Didn’t get a receipt and the cashier at the window had a huge attitude when we didn’t move in the drive through waiting for it.

If you want more than one drink with more than one extra shot of espresso you have to put in multiple orders after you get your first drink otherwise they won’t put it in the other drinks.And they argue with you when you tell them you watched them not make the extra shot and when the coffee that should be dark is white and taste like sugar they still argue back about it.Indians are super nice and chill but too CB I’ll they’re lazy and every Dunkin across America has suffered because they’re all owned by Indians now.They always put the donuts in the bag upside down so the frosting sticks to the paper and the hash browns almost always taste like cleaning supply.The pepper anc chicken wrap is the best thing on the menu in my opinion.

The donuts SUCKED... and I was there at 5:15a. Stop serving thawed donuts..... they suck!!!!

Everytime i order food its over cooked the hashbrowns are always burnt my most recent visit I used a $2 medium iced coffee in the app but was still charged full price the attendee was rude and as i explained to her i had a coupon she did not honor it and still made me pay the full amount for this coffee its always something everytime i come to this dunkin the purchase doesnt even show in my app transactions and she saying there is a glitch in her system which is completely unacceptable
