I DON'T 5-BUCKS AT STARBUCKS; BUT THE T-MOBILE STORE WAS NEXT DOOR AND THEY OFFER FABULOUS SERVICE.

My girl Crystal got me set up!! I told her about my allergy to almond milk (which is normally in the drink I got) and asked if she could switch it to 2%, and she was so accommodating and kind!! She washed her hands and cleaned the machine without me even asking her to! And my drink was delicious! Thanks, Crystal!

I don 't know if this is my fault or the stores fault but it was my birthday a few days ago so I went there to get my free drink since I had an account. I ordered my drink in the largest size since it wouldve been free and I say oh it 's my birthday today. The guy proceeds to say alright your totals gonna be $7.67. So I show him one of my starbucks cards that had only like a dollar left on it and then says okay you still need to pay $4.51. And I audibly say what?! Because it was supposed to be free. It was my birthday. I payed anyway because I didn 't want to be a karen but I was extremely mad. However they were having problems with my card so they had to scratch the order and try again and a lady came over saying where 's the card you paid with? and I said But it 's my birthday. She looked like she did not care one bit I know but I need your card. So disappointed at the service even though they made my drink really quickly. Too quickl. I 'm going to the other one in Coconut Point for now on. Thanks for scamming me
