Closed for good due to kitchen fire. Bobs is not coming back, bummer. Scott Valley staple for many years.

This previously Wonderful Cafe, is Permanently Closed, after a Kitchen Fire, And the building is being converted to Office Rental Spaces.

Wonderful Sunday breakfast! Charming waitress (she rally made us feel at home and especially tasty breakfast. Had the California scramble and husband had vege omelette with a side sausage patty (huge! . Also splurged on the homemade cinnamon roll. Probably best one I've ever had. Worth every calorie!

Stopped by for first visit, just because I could not find any other place near Yreka that was serving sit down breakfast at 10 AM on a COVID Sunday. To be brief, the actual food was 3 star quality, but I was really disappointed to see that the staff were not wearing masks at all times, and were letting some people sit inside, against California health laws. I don't hate them I finished my decent breakfast, and left a generous tip, but I will not go back to a place that makes me feel less than safe. My estimate is that I have only about a one in 100,000 chance of dying strictly because of my visit here, and even with those slim odds, the food was not worth it. Next time, I will go to a restaurant that visibly cares more about their customers, or just eat whatever I have at home.
