The food was quite good, but it took nearly 45 minutes for our meals to arrive.

This is the best Hawaiian food I've experienced since moving to the mainland! The kalua pork and garlic chicken with mac salad are truly authentic and delicious.

There was a misunderstanding with my order, instead of remaking it, the worker made me reorder and pay again. She didn't apologize for the mistake confusion or anything. I asked for my coleslaw on the side. It was in the same container and even spilling into the other items. I'm super picky and the coleslaw wasn't going to be for me. $17 plus my $4 tip gone I don't mind mistakes. Its how you handle it. Customer service matters. I don't know how Lani Moku will handle this complaint, but the worker today failed.

Great food and service! Never had to wait more than 10 minutes for our food! Always packs the plate to the top and they are always very friendly!

Really good Hawaii style plate lunches! Our go to is the garlic chicken plate with pieces of chicken on a bed of rice plus another scoop of rice and mac salad. The chicken is sweet seasoned, battered and fried. The batter is very light and crispy with- you're actually biting into chicken not batter as we've had at other places. The chicken is moist and soft. My DIL who is from Hawaii says this is one of the best Korean garlic chicken she's had. Only thing the mac salad had a bit too much mayonnaise but has a nice vinegar taste. Thumbs up for this place!
