Hempburger Market Stall - EUMUNDI

Today sat on the Eumundi markets and picked up a Hanfburger. It was a fantastic whole burger from the bungalow to the fillings to the felafelesqe-Patty. Distributed with woman and we swore it. Fortunately again.

I'm not quite sure why I didn't give this place a full 5 stars, but the kofta was absolutely delicious. Everything was super fresh—I even saw her preparing the salad while I waited. The vegan tzatziki was incredibly tasty as well. I would definitely return!

Hanfburger is a 100% vegan food stall at the Eumundi Markets on Saturday mornings. I particularly enjoy their speedy buckwheat wrap, which has a unique taste that I can always recognize. The wraps are soft and enjoyable, filled with freshly grated carrots, beets, and tamari-flavored tempeh. The flavors are delightful—truly food for the soul. I’ve noticed their prices have increased slightly, but I still believe it's worth it, especially since it supports local businesses. Although it takes a bit of time to prepare the food, you can tell it’s made with love, so I never mind the wait. However, I’m unable to give a 5-star rating, and I'm not quite sure why! I ordered the "Mixplate," which offers a little bit of everything, and it was fantastic! The flavors were outstanding, and the portion size was generous. The service was a bit slow, but that was understandable since we arrived early in the morning.
