Avaliação da contribuiçãoI have been patient with this restaurant numerous times despite slow service and long waits. Today, I finally reached my breaking point. During breakfast, I realized my French toast sticks were missing from my order and when I asked for them, I was told they were not charged for. The staff member did not try to rectify the situation and I ended up with biscuits and gravy instead. I also found out they were out of the raspberry tea I ordered and when I asked for a refill, I was told there was none available. I settled for a soda but even that was a challenge as the soda machine ran out of ice. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to get a drink, I asked for a refund. The staff member proceeded to complain to other customers about my request and refused to give me a refund. Needless to say, the ice was only refilled after we finished our meal and were leaving. I did not get to enjoy a drink during my visit and was disappointed by the poor customer service. As a result, I will not be returning to this restaurant.
Even Hardee's managed to disappoint me by skimping on the meat in my burger. How hard is it to remember to include a beef patty? I'm not just a delivery driver, I'm someone with ADHD and prediabetes, taking care of disabled children, who sometimes forgets to eat. I was so frustrated that I couldn't even finish my meal, and ended up hungry for the rest of my work shift. Thanks for leaving me shaky all night, until I finally got home and made myself grilled cheese and ravioli. Even after reaching out to the business, there was no solution offered. The only place worth visiting is Boeke's.
You need to bring back euros beef sandwiches I think that's your best seller
The food at this restaurant is delicious, but they are frequently out of items and the staff can be rude. I recommend finding another place to eat if they don't enjoy their job.
The big ham sandwich is very good and the frits were fresh and hot. staff were very friendly.
