Papa Johns Pizza - Ewa Villages

The food I ordered came within 35 minutes which would be great if it wasn’t luke warm when I received it. They skimped on the toppings by A LOT. Ordered a large pepperoni pizza and the advertisement shows it is covered in pepperoni with little space in between each. There was maybe 12-15 total pieces. We thought we had someone else’s order by mistake because it was unrecognizable as a pepperoni pizza. You get more toppings on a store bought freezer section pizza. Definitely not worth the money.

I phoned an order for carryout. I asked the call center if Papa Johns still did the 50/50 Senior Discount. He said ask the cashier at pickup. I arrived and found that they no longer offered this much beloved and appreciated perk. Oh well, so I paid for a specialty pizza which was half the Meats pizza and half the garden fresh pizza on original crust. The order was perfectly made except one of the four slices of the Meats part did not have any meat....none. I thought overall, the pizza was a bit overcooked, but the service was pretty good.

Horrible service. Spoke to KAMU who is the Manager he argued with me when I called to ask about the wings I ordered. Major attitude and very unprofessional! He cut me off every time I spoke and was raising his voice with me. Who does that as a Manager?!?!?! Clearly he needs to be trained and shouldn 't be a Manager if you can 't even listen to the customer. This is NOT garlic Parmesan wings! This is wings drenched in oil! If you 're looking to order wings, DO NOT order from here! You 're better off ordering from BWW or Dominos! Never retuning here again.

Did a pick up order for a meeting and everything looked good. The pizza's were made fresh.

Supposed to be a works pizza with no spicy sausage, add chicken, no black olives add pineapple. I also ordered garlic knots with nacho cheese sauce. Order was wrong. Tried calling over 15 times to get it fixed and nobody answered their phone. I also was transferred through by the extension which takes the orders. Just to make sure the phone did work. No answer. No happy since it was for my grand babies.
