The food was marked as "out for delivery" at 7:15 pm, but didn't arrive until 7:48 pm, even though we live less than a 5 minute drive away. The food was warm, not hot, when it finally arrived. The driver didn't apologize, and the Customer Service response was disappointing. We expected a wait because the restaurant was busy, but the whole situation was a complete mess.
As the title suggests, the customer service at this restaurant was terrible. They refused to give me a refund and insisted that I should have contacted them by phone, even though no one answered when I tried calling.
First order that came was completely wrong and the driver ran away faster than usain bolt in the Olympic final when we told him. After calling back and getting the right order and hour later...what we found was almost indelible. If you want a grease infested sloppy mess that will slip out your arse faster than you can you can say pizza hut then crack on...but you will lose the workings of your insides. Dominos for me.
Baring in mind this order was free following a compliant. Even then, the wrong delivery arrived, called them back and they sent they would send the correct order, and it arrive incorrect again!! It was so greasy. Save yourself and just don’t eat at sidewell Pizza Hut.
Ordered a gluten free pizza for wife and meat feast for me. Meat feast was swimming in grease which soaked through the box and pizza was inedible. Wife was ill all night after eating the gluten free pizza which had obviously been contaminated with wheat. Awful meal and won’t order Pizza Hut anymore.
