Avaliação da contribuiçãoThis is our second time at Bento sushi. I can't give it a full 5 stars because of the service and the sushi rice in all the sushi items. No doubt the fish was fresh. We did the AYCE option and we were definitely full after the entire meal. What Ienjoyed: the Salmon sushi was really good. I also enjoyed the sesame balls for dessert. What I didn't : Honestly, the sushirice had too much vinegar that it kills the flavor of the sushi. It was a bummer cause at the beginning things were great andthen maybe 3 rounds of the revolving thing, it just was a bad batch of too much vinegar that I couldn't enjoy the AYCEidea. They had some fried things like gyoza but because they have a cover, by the time the item gets to you, it's no longercrunchy. Service was meh. The first time we were there it was great! Server was attentive, this time, dinner on Saturday, theyjust were not even offering water or anything. I wanted to love the place because who doesn't enjoy AYCE sushi but it justwasn't great. Hope they improve!:
This nice hidden gem tucked away in fair oaks and worth a visit. Atmosphere: the seating is very quaint and designed for parties of four. If you have a fifth person they are going to sit on the outside. The hostess was very informative and ready tohelp Food: the rotation belt is awesome and a sight to see. You can order al carte from the menu or all you can. We did both!They are plated with signs to show each roll coming up. The al carte was cool. The waiter does not bring out your food. Theysend it on a conveyor belt! Kitchen to the customer! I think it has a hygienic feel to this concept and not having too manyhands touch the plate. I recommend this place. Stop on in for a bite!
We love having a neighborhood sushi restaurant! The revolving buffet of sushi and non sushi options is a huge hit with my family. It's a great way to feed 2 teenagers and not break the bank. The service has always been good and the staff so kind andhelpful.
Very horrible customer service. Called two times to place my order, all of a sudden they finally took my order, The person who is taking my order never told me how long is gonna take for order to be ready for pick up. Simply right after I place my ordershe hung up the phone. Not a bad place for sushi, but they really do need to work on their customer service and be more politewith the customers and their needs.
Food honestly wasn?t very good but our server Emma was so nice. I truly enjoyed her service and she was very nice and thoughtful. I hope great things for her in the future! Probably won?t be coming back but I really appreciated Emma?s work.
