Mcdonald's - Fairfield

The food and service at this restaurant are both good. The restrooms are locked, but you just need to let the staff know and they will unlock them. The restrooms are very clean. This McDonald's is designed to accommodate multiple groups, with four seating areas large enough for parties. It was quiet on a Friday morning but still busy.

The service is speedy and efficient. I have been a customer at this restaurant since the early 1980s. However, I deducted a star from my rating because there is consistently a homeless individual sitting in the drive-through area, sometimes directly beneath the menu. It makes me uncomfortable to order food while they are there. Despite informing the staff about this issue on multiple occasions, they have not taken any action to address it.

I appreciate that you always get what you expect at this restaurant. It can get crowded during peak meal times, but that's when the fries are the freshest.
