Sabor Peruano Rest - Fairfield

The food at this restaurant is amazing. We discovered it by chance when we were looking for something different, and we have been returning ever since. The dishes are always fresh and hot, and the service is consistently excellent. The servers mostly speak little English, which adds to the authenticity of the food. Many dishes come with rice, French fries, and eggs, and the steak is especially good. The green spaghetti is also delicious.

The food was delicious, size of the plates more than perfect, I lived on Miami for 14 years, there you can find a lot of Peruvian restaurants, Sabor Peruano is one of the best!!!! Please you need to open one in Louisville, we don't have Peruvian restaurants here.

Food was awesome had some great hot sauce they bring out more food than any one person can eat so if you go plan on sharing

I went to the original restaurant years ago and always remembered to love it, but it was unfortunately closed before I could go back. So I was really excited...

I can't claim to know Peruvian food, but that was great. I just told my waitress what I liked and within 10 minutes I had a great meal. Excuse me.
