Sonic Drive In - Fairhope

I stopped going to the sonic in Robertsdale over a yr ago. Very rude when I tried to get my mobile order, so I stopped, I was in Fairhope n hungry, gave it a try, just some tater tots, not real hot, but good.

I was using the sonic app and somehow placed an order at this location (previously visited on vacation) instead of the location back in my hometown in Tennessee. I’ve called 5 times and no one is picking up the phone to cancel my order and get a refund.

Drive through line was a little slow, girl at the window was very personable.

Food was cold and was not fresh drive through window need a good cleaning and the ground in front of the drive through need be shrub drink was flat.

They messed up my order, then took forever to bring out the fix.
