Avaliação da contribuiçãoI got to know Trenton NJ during the 1980s, which in retrospect were the glory years for Italian dining options. The city 's Chambersburg section was bursting with a full range of Italian restaurants from the homey and casual to the elegant upscale options. . And of course, Trenton was still full of many great tomato pie joints: Papa 's, Joe 's, DeLorenzo 's on Hudson Street, and the rival DeLorenzo 's on Hamilton Avenue. Around 1985, I scoffed when a Pizza Hut opened in Trenton. Who would buy a chain pizza in this iconic tomato pie town?
I love this place. I think the service is great an the people are nice. There is no way you leave hungry. I always come home with leftovers that lasts for days. My favorite right no is their chicken parm.
Food is always prepared well and very good. The portions are plentiful. Great value for the price charged. Service is good and the staff is courteous and attentive. One of my favorites. Bonus: Complimentary glass of red wine with dinner.
Good food prepaired to order, no precooked food here. Large portions, enough to share but bring your own extra plate because they won't give you one to share with, you probably won't want to share anyway. They will make you things that are not even on the menu if you ask and they have the ingredients Free wine on request. One of my favorite places.
Huge Portions. We have been here many times and love the food and the service. Some of the portions guarantee leftovers because they are so big! The service is great and this is a very family oriented business. We love this restaurant.
