This location needs to be a better job quality checking the orders. Everytime we visit this location it’s SOMETHING.This technically the only location near Edwardsville! the N Lindbergh location does a way better job. I ordered a 4 ct mini got 2 hash browns. My daughter had already began eating them so some are missing. When I reached in the bag to get the 4 ct mini I found ANOTHER thing of hash browns. Nothing else. I called them twice no answer. I called the catering line oh to my surprise they answered the phone I’m making this for Tiffany she tried to tell me how to read the receipt after I told her it appears you guys were running out of ink.After reviewing everyone else reviews I can tell this location needs some work . Hopefully on a cooperate level they can receive some type of miracle.
We go quite a bit and have never had any trouble.The past two times my order has been completey wrong. Or they have forgotten items
Went there with the family, ordered drive through and it was a little slower than other locations. The order takers were only doing one or two cars and then waiting for more cars to cycle through. I ordered a spicy chicken deluxe combo. The lettuce wasnt great, but the tomato was absolutely dreadful. I just picked it all off and lamented my loss of money in ordering the deluxe instead of the regular. Otherwise, food was okay. The fries weren't fresh, but they went cold either. The staff was friendly, and outside of the lettuce and tomato issue the food was still good, so I went ahead and gave him four stars, where I would probably do three and a half.
Food always good but not sure if it’s worth the hassle trying to even get in line. It’s pure chaos and no one cares if you’ve been waiting 30 min to get in line. They do not pay the older gentleman who helps with traffic control. He’s only reason I even come back. Plan accordingly
