Pinchos - Falkenberg

This restaurant has a circus theme, which is nice but not outstanding. The service is excellent. It offers tapas and has a lively atmosphere inside, making it appealing for families with children.

We were seated in the cellar and had to navigate up the stairs (without a handlebar) to retrieve our orders on flat wooden trays. The tables had racks on the sides for the trays, but we noticed items falling off frequently. A simple fix would be to add a raised edge to the trays. The food we ordered was decent but nothing extraordinary. Despite the modest prices, the portions were small. The overall atmosphere felt rushed, with people constantly on their phones and staff focused on clearing tables. Reservations came with a 2-hour time slot, which was fine when it wasn't busy, but it made us wonder how long the wait would be during peak times. Payment was only accepted by card, adding to the modern and sophisticated feel of the restaurant. While this concept may appeal to children and young parents, it wasn't quite our style and we are unlikely to return.

The food at this restaurant was excellent and they offered a better variety of vegetarian tapas compared to other places serving pinchos.
