They gave me a chicken sandwich with jst lettu instead of a jr bacon cheese burger and forgot my frosty and my mango pinapple drink. Extremely unhappy
Shame on this Wendys. Ordered two Baconators. Got one flat burger and one strip of bacon broken in half. Showed manager. He said that's what a Baconator is. The website shows 1/2 pound beef, two patties and 6 strips of bacon. So didn't get that and was lied to by the manager. Crispy chicken sandwich was loaded with salt. Inedible. Fries were cold. No selection of soda and no lemonade at all. Spent $20 and feel like I threw my money out. Never again
Usually employed by younger individuals who don't really care about your order. Especially when you ask for something specific on your sandwich or something specific to be taken off your sandwich. They are just zombies clicking into a computer without actually listening to you. The younger employees sound miserable all the time. But then again, I would be miserable too if I had to work at Wendy's. But someone has to pay the bills right? How hard is it to put extra pickles on a sandwich especially when I repeated it multiple times and it was repeated back to me by a young man behind the register. Then he forgot to give me my change and I had to end the parking and going inside and getting my $5 worth of change that was not given to me by this young man. Pickles make the sandwich so much better and I was severely disappointed. This is quite a long review for Wendy's but sometimes an experience rubs you the wrong way and you just need to vent, you know??? Just a handful of pickles.... How hard is that?
Got overcharged for a crispy chicken sandwich which is around 2$, never gave me a receipt I never told me the price. Later when I checked my account I was charged 6.50$. Scummy practice
