This restaurant branch used to be my favorite, but corporate has neglected it. It is understaffed and has not had a working credit card machine for 2 weeks. I hope their higher-ups read this review and understand the impact they are having on their business.
The service was quick. They misplaced my order due to a computer glitch, but they were kind enough to refund my money without me requesting it. This demonstrates genuine customer support and service. The food was delicious and the restaurant was clean.
I went through the drive through tonight; Michael and Christopher were friendly and expedient with my order, and they even made fresh Cinnabon delights for me as this was part of my order; I'll be back... Thanks!
As I sat waiting on my food a male employee continuously talked quite loudly and negatively about customers both in the drive thru as well as in the store while customers were present. His serious lack of etiquette was very off putting and quite unprofessional. The food I received was good and the time in which it was received was reasonable considering the number of people ordering food but the employees lack of regard lead me to review because he seemed to be in a leadership or management position.
