Taco Bell - Fayetteville

The service at this restaurant is incredibly poor and very slow. The quickest experiences at the drive-thru are when their systems are down and they are unable to take customer orders, which has occurred multiple times.

My partner and I came to this restaurant to celebrate our first dinner date 21 years ago, and the customer service was absolutely fantastic! The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to accommodate us and tailor our order to our preferences. We could not have asked for better customer service than what we received on March 17, 2022, between 6-7 pm. The atmosphere was also wonderful, with staff members who had big smiles and great personalities!

I had to speak with the shift manager today because my order wasn't going through. Their order and payment system was down, so they couldn't accept new orders or payments. Instead of wasting the food, they gave me my order for free and made my day. The customer service was exceptional.

Hwy 53 can't do anything right. Wrong order. Then it would do right. Staff is joke

The line was extremely long. Wait 20 minutes for food. Checkout was pleasant. Even if they were busy!
