Pho Quynh - Federal Way

#17 on the menu. Veggie pho with veggie broth will deliver a perfect soup. Not too salty, not too sweet, with just the right amount of umami. Warms you up on even the coldest day. Small size is substantial, and I’d guess the large is just as generous. Other vegan options include the salad rolls (ask for tofu) and a few other advertised items. For vegetarians, don’t miss the tofu banh mi. It has some sort of mayo/aioli so it’s not vegan but it’s very delicious. Service with a smile when we visited. Short staffed at the time but still delivered food quickly. Total rockstar.

This is the top spot in Federal Way to cure a hangover with a tasty bowl of Pho. The beef stew here is the best in town, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

I ordered the 'number one' Pho soup without tripe. The broth was delicious with a nice variety of flavors and not too salty. I would definitely return to this restaurant!

The portions are generous, the food is amazing, and the bubble tea is delicious! This is our favorite spot in Federal Way.

Absolutely fantastic!! The service is top-notch and the soup is superb. This is my go-to spot for weekend dining.
