The Chatelet has changed ownership and it may be more modern than before. There are no more tablecloths but I find the new layout of the pleasant and cozy room. Everything was good for this first visit with a special mention for a delicious salmon gravlax. Service pleasant by a new very pro boss and an ultra friendly waitress.
