Avaliação da contribuiçãoVisiting the area, and too late as it was to gain a restaurant table, we decided to check out the local Branch of our favourite Pizzaria and make a collection order Booking online direct with Dominos website, the clear and easy to operate booking system enabled me to place our requirements quickly and efficiently. And to pay with Google Pay on my smartphone I then moved to Google maps to establish the geographical location for our collection, only to discover the branch was scheduled to collect from, was due to close in 3 minutes. Concerned that having paid for the food, I would be unable to collect in under 15 minutes I telephoned the branch... I was politely greeted by Adam (I was very surprised that the phone was even answered, so close to closing time) Immediately I was put at ease by Adam who assurred me that despite the store closing at 10:45pm, the food would be prepared and a member of staff would be present to assist me upon arrival. Arriving shortly after 11pm I was welcomed by Callum who was enthusiastically cleaning the kitchen. He was clearly aware of my imminent arrival. As my order was ready to go, compiled correctly and the quality was better than any other branch I have visited. This is a textbook example of what Professional and Effective customer service should be. Well done to all the staff concerned. Absolute 5 stars

Phoned for collection of a large order. Was ready in 15 minutes. Food was hot and friendly staff
Not up to its usual standards on this particular order, placed a phone order and told to collect in 10 minutes, arrived 15 after order placed to be told it wasn't ready and 1 pizza still in oven. Then was told they couldn't find the pizza all while customers that arrived after me were getting there orders. All in all had to wait nearly 40 minutes from time of order. Was given a box of wedges as apology. Will still use domino's as I like they do the best pizza bar none but need to sort customer service out!
The counter service still has some place for improvement, to say the least. The person served me was really bored with his job, he did what he had to, but the extra mile this company was always famous for was seriously missing. I nearly had to force myself no to leave the whole store before placing my order. The waiting time was correct, and the food compensated me for the mishaps before. The taste and the texture of my pizza was champion, it was fresh and delicious, just as I imagined when decided to get into this store. Overall experience : the food is worth going in for it, and if you have a lucky day you might face another person behind the counter and that might be kinder than mine was tonight. Good luck.
