Lost Boys - Fernie

Zero service. Didn’t even offer food. We had to waive someone down after 25 minutes to get a beer. Then waive down again to get a second beer like 20 later then they asked us to leave because there was a reservation behind us.

Excellent food, views, and service as usual. I am a little disappointed that you cannot make a reservation for one, and this was made clear by the host after 10 minutes when I was seated. I usually spend more than enough and certainly more than a table of four kids, so it is disappointing when I was told my name would be blacklisted when I try to make another reservation. I will definitely repeat, but rolling the dice as a walk-in when you need a warm-up does not make sense.

Lost Boys is a perfect noon hour warm-up with fantastic service, comfort food, and great coffee/beers. Stunning views and wonderful ambience. Food is expensive (but should be given the location) but not prohibitive, beer and coffee pricing are normal. Social distancing was handled quite well with the new measures put in place (but I obviously miss the packed bar and vibrant ski scene)!
