Pizza Hut Fernvale

If there was a zero-star rate, that would be the worst customer service I've ever seen. I was at the front of the place, say hello twice no answer,) waited about 8 min to come to someone and take the order, but instead the ladies just turned their back to me and kept chatting and with the phone. on the other side of the load some male laughs could be heard, but at all no service. simply close the place if they are not ready to operate.

If there was a zero star that’s what I’d rate it.Over 3 hour wait times, no apology or incentive, they ran out of of a product we ordered no phone call or upgrading us just turned up 3 hours late and when we asked where this was “oh yeah we ran out,”.Absolutely disgusting customer service from the manager or owner I’m still waiting for my phone call from my last complaint where we spent $140 order.I’d drive to the next town to order a pizza and wait will be way quicker and service would be 100 times better.

Fernvale Pizza hut is the worst store ever.They should shut their doors for good.Order $70+ in pizza and sides delivered never turned up.Rang store they answered then get hung up on. Then they take phone off the hook.Drive down there and they're open.1.5hrs later I pick up my delivered pizza. No refund not even Ryan burst for the delivery fee when I had to go down to pick up my own pizza. Absolutely pathetic pizza store they should be ashamed of themselves 2 weeks in a row this has happened they should shut their doors forever
